Registration is for your entire site.

If an individual would like to attend the series, they should contact your local downlink site directly.

Student seeking college credit for the Soaring to Excellence series can enroll in the Library Technical Assistant Program at College of DuPage.

Satellite coordinates will be e-mailed to registrants approximately one week before the teleconference.

If you wish this information sent to a technical contact person at your institution, please list that person's information in the box marked "Additional Contacts" on the registration form.

Note: If your site is in a state or part of a consortium that has purchased a multi-state license, please ignore any reference to price. Your site will not be billed. If you are uncertain as to whether your site qualifies as a free site, call Cathy Russo at (800) 354-6587, or you may check with your state library and/or library consortiums in your area.
